To achieve credibility and approachability, we analyzed wellness retreat website, health apps, and health supplements to identify visual and communication trends that we could inspire. To immerse ourselves in their impact, we spent two days at their Providence facility, conducting interviews and competitive analysis. From this, we built a brand framework rooted in core values.
In concepting the logo, we kept coming back to energy, which was what the BioMed Center treatments are all based on. “Our system and the systems around us are built on energy. The frequencies they create have the power to heal. At the BioMed Center that is exactly our goal: to channel the energy that exists within you to heal and feel healthier.” The logo concept shows energetic, transformative lines inspired by healing frequencies.
We then executed a full-scale brand refresh: a refined identity, an
SEO-optimized website, high-end visuals, and a targeted digital ad campaign—all designed to drive engagement and bookings.
We leveraged the brand's positioning to infuse the website copy with warmth and accessibility. We also completely revamped the online descriptions of their services, crafting clear, engaging copy that welcomed guests to an oasis of self-care.
The brand refresh was topped off with a 2-day shoot at their facility capturing both video and photography—executed by our
in-house production team. To bring the essence of the center to life, we focused on developing a stand-out aesthetic that communicated their offerings, top of the line technology, and the rejuvenating experience as a patient. Ultimately, creating a foundation of photo and video assets that ensured powerful brand recognition while enticing our audience to experience it for themselves.
The refresh was paired with a dynamic ad campaign running across Meta and Google and focused on trending keywords and topics in the biohacking community, like Hyperbaric Oxygen and IV Therapy.
