Welcome to our 2024 Impact Report!

Last year we created our first impact report, not because it was required of us, but because we felt passionate about the work we were doing and wanted to celebrate the efforts everyone on our team had put into making Helen + Gertrude a more human-centered company.

Now, we’re back for another year! As we continue to hold ourselves accountable, we know there will always be more work we can do. Taking care of one another, our communities, our clients, and their customers will be a lifelong journey. As we reflect back on 2024, and look to the future, that word keeps coming back to me, community

Our brand strategists emphasize consumers’ longing for community and connection in almost every project we touch. But we also find community in the clients who share our values, the volunteer work we do, and how our internal teams bond. Building community isn’t just a feel-good strategy; it’s literally what performs best on social media channels such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Understanding, participating in, and growing your community is just good business. 

I’m pleased to share our 2024 impact report with you. Here you’ll find examples of how we incorporated community into our company culture, drove real results with our clients, and even highlighted some of the great work they are doing in their communities!
