Since its founding in 2016, Becca has led Helen & Gertrude to more than triple in size by staying true to her core values of practicing empathy, transparency, and finding creativity in every facet of building a business.
She began her foray into the advertising space when she joined Brand Networks as their first designer, where she then built the Creative and Content Services Teams. The latter, seeing double digit growth year-over-year. The small five-person team quickly became a 250-person, global company changing the game for some of the world’s largest brands.
Fun facts, Becca grew up on a small family farm where she developed a passion for sustainable food practices. She's also a foster dog mom, pups from both The National Great Pyrenees Rescue and Rescue Pit have been welcomed into Becca's home (including the 2 she adopted!)
The peanut butter to Becca’s jelly, our go-to left brain Leire, leads the integration of our client services, media, and analytics teams.
Leire’s MO? To provide clients with tangible results that strategically meet their goals all while ensuring our mission and values are reflected across every touchpoint. She also leads the charge of Business Development and empowers clients with a wealth of offerings.
Prior to H&G, she began her career at Xerox within Sales Enablement and Marketing. Subsequently, she moved to Brand Networks, where she took on several roles within the Data Analytics, Content Strategy, and Client Delivery groups (Oh, & met Becca!)
Fun facts, Leire grew up in Mexico, went to college in Montreal, and now resides with us in the U.S. She’s bilingual and well-traveled. She also is a super mom of 2 and is a great advocate for realistic work/life balance.
Mike has spent the last two decades helping to grow internet and technology companies by advancing marketing effectiveness. His bread & butter? Identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions through technology and creative.
Mike is the Co-founder, CEO and former CTO of Brand Networks. There, he focuses on growth through new product development, engineering services, and technology partnerships.
Brand Networks has been responsible for delivering social advertising and content for half of the Fortune 100 and 17 of Ad Age’s 25 Most Advertised Brands. Since its inception, he grew the company to $45M+ in revenue and employed 250 full-time employees across 10 offices. Mike sold a minority stake to AEA Investors in 2013 at a $170M enterprise value.
