Our fearless right brain in charge, Becca is responsible for our overall company mission, strategy, and growth. Now a seasoned social media veteran, she began her foray into the advertising space when she joined Brand Networks.
There, she was the first designer on the front lines of the infancy of the social scene. The small five-person team quickly became a 250-person, global company changing the game for some of the world’s largest brands.
Becca went on to build the Creative and Content Services Teams at Brand Networks. The latter seeing double digit growth year-over-year. Now she’s done the same at H&G. In the past year, she’s doubled the number of employees. And doubled its revenue.
Fun facts, Becca grew up on a small family farm where she developed a passion for sustainable food practices. She's also a foster dog mom. Multiple dogs in need for both The National Great Pyrenees Rescue and Rescue Pit have been welcomed into Becca's home.
The peanut butter to Becca’s jelly, our lead left brain Leire, leads the integration of our client services, media, and analytics teams to produce cutting-edge content focused on results.
She manages our day-to-day delivery to ensure Helen & Gertrude's mission and vision are reflected across all of our partners, while being completely open about how your brand’s ads are performing.
Leire is also in charge of Business Development and empowering clients with a wealth of offerings. Whether through partnerships, social listening, or the latest ad opportunities, her main objective is to provide tangible results that strategically make sense for your business goals.
Prior to H&G, she began her career at Xerox within Sales Enablement and Marketing. Subsequently, she moved to Brand Networks, where she took on several roles within the Data Analytics, Content Strategy, and Client Delivery groups.
Fun facts, Leire grew up in Mexico, went to college in Montreal, and now resides with us in the U.S. She’s bilingual and well-traveled.
Mike has spent the last two decades helping to grow internet and technology companies. What really gets him going is identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions through technology and creative for the ultimate goal of advancing marketing effectiveness.
Mike was formerly the Co-founder and CTO of Brand Networks. There, he focused on growth through new product development, engineering services, and technology partnerships.
Brand Networks was responsible for delivering social advertising and content for half of the Fortune 100 and 17 of Ad Age’s 25 Most Advertised Brands. Since its inception, he grew the company to $45M+ in revenue and employed 250 full-time employees across 10 offices. Mike sold a minority stake to AEA Investors in 2013 at a $170M enterprise value.
